Kinesio Tape

KinesiotapeKinesio-Taping has become a popular treatment modality among Chiropractors, Physical therapists and trainers as a whole. To date there is not sufficient evidence to conclude that the statements made by the various kinesiotape companies are valid. The limited amount of clinical research currently does not seem to support many of the the bold claims made by these companies and practitioners. This does not, however, discredit the various techniques and taping methods that have not yet been adequately studied.
